The 17th June is the district bush walk. All mobs from the GWS will be attending. This walk will commence at Manly then to North Head returning via Shelly Beach.

Joey’s and parents will need to bring lunch and maybe some cash for an ice cream at the conclusion. We will catch public transport there, probably a ferry from Meadowbank. All Joey’s will be able to gain the 10km Walkabout Badge to wear on their uniform at the conclusion. I would suggest you have all parents attend with each child as it will be a fun day. Either way we need to make sure we have a ratio of one adult for every 4 youth members.
